Unresolved.

We all have those feelings towards individuals in our past that we were told to forgive and on some weird unconscious level we did but then reality hits us and we realise that we did not.

The desire to look back onto our past and hate everyone who has hurt us in one-way shape or form. Did you know this is common?
That we all have some unresolved issue with at least one person in our lives whether it's the lover that did you dirty or the parent who never really cared.

(The advice I'm about to give, I need to take to heart as well)
I've been hurt and I mean who hasn't but I can not forgive those who have left a dent in my heart, like a small unstitch able tear and yeah it takes a huge level of maturity to forgive and maybe ( well a lot of us aren't there yet) but here's the advice.

Life is too short to be dwelling on those who have done us dirty because in truth that person has issues JUST LIKE WE DO and their issues could have been portrayed by hurting us.  It's a vicious cycle that we life in humans are manipulative and even when we think that we are helping, in turn, we offer some sort of let down to someone that is around us.

So no I'm not saying forgive but to forget, You know the song that goes "Forget your troubles, come on be happy" That exact lyric is my advice to all of you. Nxt time you are hurt, sing it to yourself and laugh, just laugh about it. you'll find that these troubles aren't really what we make them out to be.

Thanks <3
